About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team and other business units to align human resource strategies with overall business objectives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Your primary focus will be on workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and leveraging people analytics to enhance performance, retention, and compliance across our distributed teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth, implement innovative HR initiatives, and support our remote workforce in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, preferably within logistics, transportation, or 3PL environments
  • Strong employee relations, change management, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, ATS, Excel, ADP Workforce, and people analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering remote onboarding and virtual manager enablement programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred); HR certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to designated business units, translating business priorities into effective workforce plans and talent strategies
  • Forecast staffing needs based on service offerings, accounts, lanes, and seasonal fluctuations; collaborate with leaders to design role profiles, onboarding processes, and remote work strategies that accelerate productivity
  • Lead performance management cycles, including calibration, succession planning, and coaching for managers and frontline employees
  • Develop and implement employee development programs tailored for remote teams and frontline supervisors
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Drive change management initiatives related to system migrations, process redesigns, and organizational restructuring, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption
  • Partner with data analysts to develop dashboards and reports that monitor turnover, ramp-up times, and productivity metrics
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to enhance HRIS systems, improve data quality, and streamline HR processes
  • Support remote work enablement by designing asynchronous onboarding, microlearning modules, and manager toolkits; foster a strong remote culture through communication rituals and engagement activities
