Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying key areas where data can drive value.
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical models and solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning, AI applications).
• Translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership and functional teams.
• Establishing and enforcing data quality standards, governance, and ethical data use within analytics initiatives.
• Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing data science and analytics teams.
• Identifying and integrating new data sources and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes and fostering an analytics-first culture across the organization.
• Collaborating with IT, data engineering, and business units to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
• Measuring and reporting on the impact and ROI of analytics initiatives.
• Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all aspects of leveraging data for strategic advantage and innovation.

Key Requirements May Include:

• Proven experience in a senior analytics, data science, business intelligence, or executive consulting role.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions that yield significant business impact.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, and data storytelling.
• Strong understanding of various analytical tools, platforms, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, cloud platforms).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with C-suite and boards.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for problem-solving with data.
• Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
