- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and conversion
- Design web assets such as banners, icons, and illustrations
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Conduct design iterations based on feedback and data
- Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and standards
- 2–4+ years of experience in web or UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is an advantage
- Strong communication and time management skills
