Job Description
We’re looking for a UX Designer who loves digging into existing websites, spotting friction, and making smart, thoughtful improvements. This is a contract, fully remote role. Colorado-based designers are strongly preferred.
What you’ll be doing
- Evaluate existing websites to identify UX issues, usability gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Turn insights into clear, actionable UX recommendations
- Design and redesign user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Maintain consistency and polish across UX systems and experiences
- Clearly explain design decisions and tradeoffs
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma (this is a must)
- Strong grasp of usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly self-directed. You’re comfortable owning work, managing your time, and moving projects forward without constant oversight
- Clear, concise communicator who works well in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing, content, or conversion-focused websites
- Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or UX research
- Based in Colorado for occasional collaboration
