Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Research & Outreach Specialist to become the engine of our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and building a robust pipeline of opportunities for our AI and software development services.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Qualification: Identify and research target companies in tech, SaaS, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors based on our ideal customer profile (ICP). Build lists of qualified prospects monthly with verified decision-maker contact information.
  • Outbound Campaign Execution: Execute personalized LinkedIn connection requests and cold email campaigns using proven templates and best practices for B2B outreach.
  • Prospect Engagement: Monitor and respond to prospect replies, engage in initial discovery conversations, and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework).
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Odoo CRM, tracking all outreach activities, response rates, and lead progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between qualified prospects and our founder, ensuring smooth handoffs and detailed briefing notes.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate weekly reports on outreach activities, response rates, conversion metrics, and pipeline health to inform strategy optimization.
  • Continuous Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development roles.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to craft compelling, personalized messages for C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn prospecting and professional networking strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet monthly targets.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail when qualifying prospects.
  • Reliable internet connection, professional communication tools, and dedicated workspace.
  • Availability for part-time engagement with flexible scheduling.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the tech, SaaS, or software development industry.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, cloud computing, or DevOps concepts.
  • Proficiency with sales automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, Lemlist).
  • Track record of consistently exceeding lead generation targets with measurable results.
  • Experience working remotely with North American companies.
  • Understanding of consultative B2B sales processes and solution selling.
