We're a small, mission-driven team launching a bold new venture to fundamentally transform healthcare. Starting with complex conditions like autism and ADHD, we're building AI agents that handle comprehensive patient intakes, enable deeper clinician insights, automate documentation, and dramatically improve access and outcomes — all while slashing costs and clinician burnout.
As our Founding AI Engineer, you'll be a core builder from day one, joining a tight-knit group of experienced entrepreneurs, clinicians, and product leaders obsessed with patient-first innovation.
What You'll Do
- Dive deep into clinical workflows alongside clinicians to redesign them with cutting-edge AI (LLMs, multi-agent systems, voice interfaces).
- Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features — from prompt engineering and agent orchestration to full-stack integration and rapid iteration based on real patient feedback.
- Experiment with best-of-breed AI tools, optimize for scale/performance, and incorporate learnings to make every patient experience smarter than the last.
- Move fast: test, deploy, and refine daily to deliver 4-5x productivity gains for clinicians.
Who You Are
- A curious, hands-on builder with 3+ years shipping AI-powered products (bonus for agentic workflows, LLMs, voice, or full-stack deployment).
- Intellectually rigorous and disciplined — you thrive on solving hard, ambiguous problems with creativity and attention to detail.
- Passionate about fixing healthcare's broken experiences (personal frustration with the system is a huge plus).
