As a Senior or Full Stack Engineer at Forethought, you’ll work on customer-facing product experiences that sit on top of AI-driven systems used by enterprise support teams every day. This is a hands-on role focused on building reliable, intuitive software that operates at scale in real customer environments. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to turn complex requirements into clear, usable features that ship to production and evolve based on real-world usage.
What you’ll work on
- Build and maintain core product features using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and consume APIs using FastAPI and Python
- Translate product and design requirements into polished, user-friendly interfaces
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the application
- Ship code to production and iterate based on customer feedback and usage
- Contribute technical perspective and ideas that help shape product direction
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
- Experience working in large, real-world codebases
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering
- A practical, ownership-oriented approach to building software
- Python experience and a full-stack mindset are a plus, but not required
