Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS | Retail & Grocery Technology)
Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time

We’re a high-growth SaaS company serving thousands of customers across 100+ countries, with long-standing enterprise relationships and a rapidly expanding solution platform. As we scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who brings a general-manager mindset, modern demand-generation skills, and a passion for building market-leading B2B brands.
This role is 100% remote with very limited travel and works closely with senior leadership, sales, product, and customer success to drive new business growth and deepen customer adoption.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own B2B Marketing Execution with Strategic Influence
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into integrated B2B marketing programs
• Execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue
• Bring a general-manager mentality to managing solutions, audiences, and outcomes
Build and Protect the Story
• Develop and refine solution positioning, messaging, and value propositions across multiple buyer personas
• Act as the guardian of brand and messaging consistency
• Maintain and evolve marketing collateral for sales, partners, and customers
Drive Demand & Engagement
• Create and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, social, PR, webinars, and sales enablement
• Own website content and coordinate SEO efforts with internal and external partners
• Lead webinar strategy and execution—from topic ideation to live hosting and follow-up
Content & Communications Leadership
• Write and manage blogs, press releases, internal communications, and thought leadership content
• Develop customer testimonials and success stories in partnership with Customer Success
• Support trade associations, conferences, and targeted industry events
Act Like a Product Marketer
• Support solution launches, extensions, naming, and commercialization
• Become a subject-matter expert on assigned solutions and buyer journeys
• Help increase solution penetration and expansion within existing accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
• B2B marketing experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Supply Chain, or SaaS/Technology
• Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies
• Understanding of retail and/or manufacturing operations and challenges
• Experience managing corporate social media and B2B social campaigns
