This role leads the product marketing function for a high-growth technology organization, shaping go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning across complex technical solutions. The Senior Director will manage a team of product marketers, develop compelling content, and partner closely with Sales and Product teams to drive adoption and revenue. Accountabilities
- Lead and scale the product marketing team, establishing processes, ownership, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and execute product launches, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Craft global positioning, messaging, and product narratives that resonate across target audiences and markets.
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, training, and objection-handling guides.
- Produce high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and marketing collateral.
- Build customer advocacy programs and manage relationships with key clients to generate references.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to inform strategy and support sales success.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate product marketing effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience with demonstrated success scaling functions in fast-growing technology companies.
- Strong technical understanding to translate complex solutions into clear, differentiated stories.
- Proven expertise in customer segmentation, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Track record of cross-functional leadership, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive teams.
- Data-driven decision-making, using customer insights, win/loss analysis, and market research.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
