Talent Acquisition Manager

Fully Remote | High-Growth Boutique Recruitment Firm


Flowtec Construction is scaling — and we’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to build the internal engine that supports our growth.


This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build, shape, and lead opportunity inside a fast-moving, performance-driven recruitment business focused on the Midwest construction market. If you’re tired of being constrained by outdated processes, capped tools, or corporate red tape, this is worth a conversation.


The Opportunity

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own internal hiring strategy and execution across the business as we scale consultants, leaders, and future partners.


You’ll work directly with the leadership to:

  • Design how we attract, assess, and hire recruiters
  • Build a repeatable hiring process that doesn’t sacrifice quality
  • Protect Flowtec’s culture as we grow
  • Influence the long-term shape of the business


This is a seat at the table role, not a back-office function.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end internal recruitment for Flowtec (consultants → leadership)
  • Partner directly with leadership on headcount planning and growth strategy
  • Build and manage recruiter attraction pipelines (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach)
  • Lead interviews, assessments, and offer processes
  • Improve and formalize onboarding alongside leadership
  • Act as a culture carrier — high standards, high performance, zero ego
  • Continuously refine our hiring process as the business scales


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience hiring recruiters (agency or in-house within recruitment)
  • Strong judgment — you know how to spot long-term performers vs short-term talkers
  • Comfortable operating in a startup / scale-up environment
  • Direct, commercial, and confident communicator
  • Someone who enjoys autonomy and ownership, not hand-holding
