Often viable candidates come from other high profile tech firms or other technology companies. A good starting place to focus on would be candidates who previously worked at companies like Microsoft, HP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Intuit, Amazon, AWS, CrowdStrike, Zoom, etc.
Stripe often likes to see people who are earlier in their careers (3 to 8 year range for experience is generally ideal)
Duties/Day to Day Overview
- Project manage day-to-day campaign operations, including shepherding content and copy through our internal review process and coordinate with stakeholders on editing, submitting and tracking localization requests, building gated landing pages and managing the QA process in partnership with MOps, and building seller toolkits
- Assist in building paid social creative in Canva, managing the review process with stakeholders, coordinating ad creative localization, and ad trafficking.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our campaign workflows.
- Proactively maintain our campaigns editorial calendar, Confluence pages, slide decks, and other related materials. Assist with regular internal communications, including providing campaign status updates to stakeholders

Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- 3-5 years of demand generation or campaign experience
- Self-starter who can take a project from concept to completion with minimal oversight
- Able to manage multiple moving parts and are an expert at keeping projects on track and on time. You have a strong ability to manage complex schedules and deliverables.
- A problem solver who proactively comes up with solutions and is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and make things more efficient
- Excellent written communication skills and able to clearly articulate project status and key updates to a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiar with marketing technology and tools such as project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), content management systems, and marketing automation platforms
