Cloud Dentistry is the largest marketplace for dental offices to find verified dental professionals. The role of Email Marketing/Automation Manager/Sr. Manager will focus on driving professional and office acquisition and engagement through data-driven campaigns, strategies, and testing conducted through the company’s tech stack, focusing in Hubspot. This role will be responsible for the use and development of the company’s CRM tool, while actively implementing marketing and sales campaigns across the tools in place for campaign insight, consistency, and results. This role will be hands-on as an individual contributor, with opportunity for title advancement within 6-12 months of initial success. This role joins a Best in Class marketing team that rapidly completes campaigns to grow users for both supply and demand efforts. Detailed onboarding and training will be provided, including outlined steps for success in the role.


Responsibilities:

  • Own use of HubSpot (current CRM tool) for implementing marketing and sales campaigns to drive new registrations, identify trends, and highlight potential churn opportunities and serve as the primary point of contact for employees utilizing HubSpot.
  • Own all and frequent A/B testing of marketing and sales campaigns driven from HubSpot, including reporting results and findings, and recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Manage and complete marketing requests received and approved for email campaigns/initiatives within designated timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team daily to identify opportunities to grow registrations and utilize HubSpot deals and inbound marketing data to drive scalable growth.
  • Develop, outline, and execute marketing campaigns out of HubSpot and available tools (i.e. Intercom) to drive professional and office registrations, including but not limited to email marketing, chatbot functionality, and more.
  • Develop and share reporting tools from HubSpot to demonstrate growth among marketing and sales efforts, including new registrations, conversions, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Member Services and Customer Success team to identify indicators of churn from current clients using campaign and analytics tools in HubSpot and create email campaigns to keep them engaged and subscribed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to review individual templates used by Onboarding Managers for results and impact, provide updates and new templates quickly to capitalize on industry and seasonality changes to increase office demos and sales.
  • Manage and own all email campaigns for both office and professional registrations, including establishing monthly/weekly emails for office contacts without accounts, office accounts with free accounts, and newly subscribed office accounts. Establish consistency among campaigns based on performance data and insights. Prioritize sales efforts as revenue driving projects for the company.
  • Manage and own all workflows within HubSpot for marketing and sales campaigns, including but not limited to: new professional registrations, new student registrations, ongoing dental student campaigns, churn prevention campaigns, new office registrations, new office upgrades, talent partnerships, and more. Work with key stakeholders to report findings, opportunities, and improvements, and initiate improvements accordingly.
  • Own, manage, publish, and maintain all email-related content, including copywriting compelling emails and creating Hubspot forms to capture lead data on new website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team as a senior leader within the department to strategize, brainstorm, and discuss marketing campaigns to generate registrations. Collaborate with key stakeholders including director of marketing for brand design/consistency and social media, paid media manager for PPC and programmatic campaigns, event manager for upcoming events, education manager for programming, marketing specialist for campaign reporting, and more, as the subject matter expert for email marketing outreach, strategy, and execution.
  • Manage email list membership and identify opportunities to increase subscribers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for department goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a majority experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing email campaigns, preferably through Hubspot.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and facilitating marketing campaigns with ROI.
  • Experience with B2C and B2B campaign management.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to pivot quickly based on changing needs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the marketing department for shared objectives.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment; with discipline needed to maintain working hours.
  • HubSpot Academy Certification or willingness to complete within the first 30 days.
  • Attention to detail as a leader in the marketing department.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with deadlines and communicating any issues or roadblocks that will prohibit projects or marketing tickets to be done on time.
  • Ability to quickly pivot priorities and sense of urgency in daily campaign changes.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident with preferred EST time zone.
  • SaaS and/or start up experience strongly preferred.
  • Staffing and/or dental experience preferred but not required.


Education Preference:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • HubSpot certification courses (can complete after start date)
