We provide virtual mail services—a real business address and digital mail management—through three thousand operator locations around the globe, serving over 180,000 consumers and SMBs, and adding thousands of new customers each month.
We're a fully remote company with teams across the U.S., Philippines, Singapore, and U.K.
Why This Role Exists
We're evolving from a single-product company into a Business Infrastructure Platform for SMBs. Multiple growth levers are in place, but we need senior product leadership to unlock their full revenue and valuation potential.
The Role
You'll own Product, Product Owners, UI/UX, and Technical Business Analysts (primarily Philippines-based), building a high-velocity, high-accountability product organization. This role partners closely with Technology, Revenue, Service, and Finance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record building and scaling low-AOV SMB SaaS with high volume and complex onboarding
- Deep experience in product-led growth: activation triggers, usage-driven engagement, habit-forming loops
- Strong focus on retention, monetization, and repeatability
- Comfort owning business outcomes and rallying teams around measurable impact
Your Priorities
Foundation:
- Strengthen core product: verification flows, onboarding friction, system stability, operator workflows
- Reduce churn and increase LTV (our North Star metric)
- Own pricing, bundling, A/B testing, and revenue optimization
Growth:
- Launch and scale Business Services
- Develop Enterprise and API channels
- Build habit-forming inbox and mail-management experiences
Culture:
- Establish data-instrumented, experimentation-driven product culture with rapid learning loops
- Redefine personas using Jobs-to-Be-Done framework tied to LTV, ARPU, and retention
- Anticipate market shifts (AI, digital identity, declining physical mail, compliance requirements)
Indicators of Success
- Improved verified renter conversion and materially reduced churn
- Pricing/packaging changes driving EBITDA uplift
- Higher operator NPS and stronger renter activation
- Functioning experimentation engine with visible learning loops
Compensation
