As BioPhorum accelerates into an exciting period of growth—with new products, strategic acquisitions, and a renewed digital focus—you’ll take ownership of The Hub and Ask BioPhorum, two platforms at the heart of our member experience.
You’ll uncover new use cases, analyse behaviour and engagement data, run focus groups, and help shape the future of online collaboration in a sector where shared innovation truly matters. Your work will directly enhance how scientists, technologists, and leaders solve some of the industry’s biggest challenges together.
In this role, you will:
✨ Lead the product vision, roadmap, and development of our collaboration tools
✨ Transform them into dynamic professional networks that enhance connection and community
✨ Turn insights from usage data and member feedback into product improvements
✨ Own requirements, wireframes, user stories, customer journey maps, technical specifications and go-to-market plans
✨ Work closely with Phorum Leaders, Commercial, Operations, and external development partners
✨ Support teams across BioPhorum with compelling product value stories and member-focused enhancements
