- A 360 recruitment background - if you're a whizz on both placing candidates and bringing on new clients, this is for you as it will be a lot of both!
- A proven track record of billing performance.
- A growth mindset - importantly, being driven by growth, being comfortable being uncomfortable and wanting to better yourself, always.
- An agency background or hybrid in house/TA - we're looking for those who are at an agency and understand the fast-paced nature and nuances of what it takes to be a high performer in this environment.
