🚀 We’re looking for a PPC Master to lead and optimize our paid campaigns in the e-learning industry.


This role is all about measurable ROI, quality leads, and helping professionals discover education that truly impacts careers and businesses.


This is a remote role with flexibility, but also with clear expectations on performance.


What you’ll do


  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (and other relevant platforms).
  • Design and execute strategies tailored to both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (companies seeking corporate training).
  • Continuously test targeting, creatives, funnels, and landing pages to improve ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs that matter: enrolments, qualified leads, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaigns match learner needs and business goals.
  • Apply insights and best practices from industries to drive scalable growth.
  • Brainstorm on the creation of marketing materials in order to make sure you have the most compelling materials for your campaigns.


The ideal profile


  • Proven track record in managing PPC campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of these industries: e-learning (preferred), gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, subscription-based services or online marketplaces.
  • Solid understanding of both B2C and B2B funnels – and how to optimize them differently.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics.
  • Proactive, curious, and constantly testing for better outcomes.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and communicate insights in a clear, actionable way.
  • (Bonus) Experience scaling international campaigns and managing larger budgets.
