With over 108 practices across QLD, NSW, and VIC, we've built a strong, connected network of professionals, providing the benefits of a corporate group while preserving a true sense of community.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Systems Lead to join our People & Culture team. This role is instrumental in driving the management, optimisation, and strategic development of our HR technology ecosystem. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our systems operate efficiently, support key HR processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves systems, process improvement, data insights, and supporting a growing organisation through scalable HR technology.

A Day In The Life

  • Manage configuration, optimisation, and maintenance of core HR systems (Humanforce Workforce Management, PandaDoc, Sentrient)
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and system security through regular audits
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure employee remuneration is reflected accurately in the system
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes across the business
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives to automate workflows and streamline HR operations
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Analyse HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee movement
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements, including WGEA
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
  • Participate in the evaluation of new HR technology solutions
  • Assist with components of mergers and acquisitions
  • Provide training, support, and user documentation for managers and teams
  • Stay across system updates and share best-practice knowledge with stakeholders
  • Facility and Services Agreements for Independent providers

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, IT, or relevant experience

Essential experience & skills

  • Minimum 5 years in HRIS or HR systems management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading and delivering projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven troubleshooting ability and efficiency in issue resolution
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to train and support end users across multiple departments
  • Understanding of Award interpretation

What You Will Get From Us

  • Exclusive discounts on gym memberships
  • Relocation assistance through Myhealth on the Move (available to current employees)
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment
