About the role
Our client is building a premium consumer experience within an AI-driven precision health platform. They operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and AI, designing seamless interfaces that support patients, providers, and intelligent agents. Their multidisciplinary environment values collaboration, design excellence, and the ability to simplify complexity through thoughtful user experiences.
They’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end interface design across web and mobile experiences. This role is key to transforming complex healthcare and AI functionality into intuitive, user-centered interfaces while partnering closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and polished execution.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive patient, provider, and AI-agent interfaces using strong user-centered principles.
- Deliver polished Figma designs, interaction prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Optimize user experiences for complex healthcare and AI product flows.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio across mobile and web.
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, UI patterns, and interaction design.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with complex systems (healthcare, AI, dashboards) is a plus.
