We are hiring an IT Recruiter!
As an IT Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing talented candidates thus playing a major role in building a team for success with great hires. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of talents, manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that assessments are objective and consistent.
Due to the project assignment needs, we are actively hiring Recruiters working in Europe time zones (from UTC−01:00 to UTC+05:00)
What You'll Do
- Actively source passive candidates with tailored outreach; especially within cybersecurity and technical communities
- Build creative sourcing strategies for global, fully remote technical and non-technical roles
- Run full-cycle recruitment: from role intake and job scoping to offer negotiation
- Review applications in our ATS and identify top talent
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews and scorecards
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to final offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to refine search strategies and evaluate candidates
- Participate in regular syncs and continuously optimize recruitment processes
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of international hiring
- Proven sourcing skills; boolean mastery, talent mapping, and engagement techniques
- Experience recruiting for security-focused roles is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, and genuine care for candidate experience
- Familiarity with remote-first hiring dynamics and global market differences
