We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who thrives on organization, clarity, and execution. In this role, you support our digital marketing operations by keeping project workflows clean, reporting accurate, communications streamlined, and content prepared — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks across funnels, paid media, email marketing, and social content.

Responsabilities
Daily Support & Communication Tracking
- Monitor Slack and email for client questions, updates, or requests
- Triage inbound messages and escalate only when necessary
- Document decisions, updates, and requests in the appropriate systems
- Maintain clean summaries of client updates and next steps
- Be available via Slack from 10am–5pm ET (Mon–Fri)
- Rare after-hours availability may be requested with advance notice
Project & Task Coordination
- Translate strategy from documents and Slack threads into detailed tasks inside Asana
- Keep all projects, deadlines, and task statuses up to date
- Ensure team members remain aligned and accountable
- Track team capacity and workload changes.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Pull weekly reports from:
- Meta Business Manager
- ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo / Kit / Infusionsoft
- SamCart / ThriveCart
- Google Analytics
- Support funnel analytics and revenue reporting
- Flag performance issues proactively (drops, cost spikes, etc.)
- Calculate additional metrics (e.g., membership lifetime values).
Content & Creative Support:
- Turn raw videos into short-form content for Reels/TikTok
- Create basic graphic assets for email + social (Canva)
- Convert content into GIFs for email or ads
- Schedule organic social posts via Sendible
Requirements
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organized with excellent follow-through
- Proactive — you notice things before they become issues
- Comfortable with data, metrics, dashboards, and visibility tools
- Strong communicator with clean documentation and note-taking habits
- Fast learner with a genuine interest in digital marketing tech
- Comfortable with light video editing and basic design tasks
- Tech-savvy and resourceful.
