Job Description
We’re hiring an Implementation Project Manager, Radiology Workflow at NewVue.ai. If you’re early in your project management career (2–5 years in customer-facing implementations) and want a role where you can truly own projects, learn a product deeply, and grow as the company scales, this is it. You’ll work directly with radiology and IT teams, get a bit hands-on with configuration, and have plenty of runway to grow into a senior roles across implementation, customer success, product, and beyond.
Job Overview
The Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Workflow leads customer-facing deployments of NewVue’s platform from kickoff through go-live and early adoption. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be the primary point of contact for customer project teams, run the day-to-day project plan, and help configure NewVue so it matches each site’s workflow.
This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who has already led customer projects and wants to step into owning full implementations at a growing company. As NewVue scales, you’ll have significant opportunity to expand your responsibilities, deepen your domain expertise in radiology workflow, and grow not only within implementation, but also into adjacent areas such as customer success, product, or operations, depending on your strengths and interests.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation, or delivery for B2B SaaS or healthcare IT.
- Experience working directly with customers in hospitals, imaging centers, or other healthcare settings (radiology experience strongly preferred; broader healthtech almost required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, run effective status meetings, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
- Comfortable getting a bit technical: learning a SaaS application deeply, working in admin/config screens, reading basic integration/interface details, and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence working with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience with basic project tools (for example Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with radiology workflows (PACS, worklists, dictation/reporting, RIS/EHR).
- Prior role in an implementation, analyst, or coordinator position for radiology or imaging solutions.
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage SaaS company.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interface concepts (you don’t need to be an engineer, just willing to learn enough to be useful in conversations).
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Ramp up quickly on NewVue’s product and radiology workflows, becoming a trusted point of contact for 2–3 active customer implementations.
- Own key phases (planning, status, configuration, UAT, go-live support) of customer projects with growing independence, while partnering closely with the Director of Customer Success and senior team members.
- Confidently configure core NewVue application elements for new sites, and know when to pull in technical resources for more complex needs.
- Consistently keep customer project plans current, run clear, productive status calls, and be seen by customers as a reliable, responsive project lead.
- Provide structured feedback to help refine our implementation playbook and position yourself for future growth, whether that is into Senior Implementation Project Manager, Implementation Lead, or eventually roles in customer success, product, or other parts of the business as NewVue scales.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Unlimited PTO, with the expectation of responsible use and alignment with team needs
- Fully remote work environment – work from anywhere in the U.S.
