Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled performance marketer who can develop winning strategies, increase market share, outperform competitors, and continuously improve ROAS. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor—capable of leading junior team members, staying ahead of platform trends, and producing high-impact ad creatives.

Requirements

  • Vast performance marketing experience, especially managing six-figure monthly budgets in the US, Canada, or top EU markets.
  • Strong expertise in building and optimizing performance channels across Google Ads/Bing, including modern formats such as PMax, AI Max, and Demand Gen
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, landing page/web editors, and testing tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong desire to maximize ROI, improve ROAS, and reduce CPA
  • Clear understanding of key performance indicators: ROAS, CTR, CR, CPA, and related metrics

  • Build clear, scalable, and logically structured campaign frameworks
  • Develop and refine paid media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create compelling ad titles, descriptions, and other creative assets
  • Conduct keyword research, gather search queries, and form semantic cores
  • Identify and generate negative keyword lists using tools and search insights
  • Manage and optimize search campaigns across platforms, including ongoing AC execution
  • Continuously monitor search queries, performance metrics, and trends to ensure campaigns remain efficient and competitive
