Product Manager for Web Experiences
Location: Remote

We are supporting a leading technology organization in hiring a Product Manager for Web Experiences to drive improvements across their trial and onboarding journey. This role is fully remote and focuses on increasing user adoption, engagement, and conversion by creating a seamless and meaningful digital trial experience.
About the Role
The Product Manager will serve as the voice of the trial user, collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to identify friction points, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable improvements. You will shape the product vision, build strategic roadmaps, and lead cross-functional execution throughout the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the web and trial experience
• Partner with go-to-market teams on planning, prioritization, and release execution
• Lead iterative improvements through Agile scrum teams, focusing on user-friendly enhancements
• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product data to identify opportunities and define success metrics
• Establish KPIs to measure trial effectiveness, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to drive personalization and feature recommendations
• Align product plans with marketing, sales, engineering, design, and support
• Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Advocate for experimentation, data-driven decision making, and user-centered design
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated experience managing the product lifecycle from strategy through launch
• Proven experience in web-based product experiences or trial/onboarding flows
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to make data-informed decisions using analytics, KPIs, and user research
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in personalization or recommendation systems
• Strong market awareness, domain knowledge, and ability to translate insights into product opportunities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
