We’re now looking for new underdogs to join our team, to “grow together” in 2026!
What should you expect in the near future?
As our Software Engineer, you will hopefully be a part of our Development Team for years to come - as most our teammates did in the past.
You will have a unique experience and hopefully a further personal development opportunity by being one of the lead developers for Sharper Marina Management System in the years to come. Sharper MMS is our largest project ever (and most probably yours as well).
(Sharper MMS is a multi-module enterprise level software which closed it’s first major investment round in early 2025. Sharper is built from scratch by us and is still being developed by us. It is currently used by 70+ marinas in the USA (and counting), processing $100+ million a year in transactions (and counting faster). You will hopefully be in the core team when the time comes to expand our Sharper MMS team in Weptile over the coming years, or perhaps in just a few months.)
Apart from hands-on development of Sharper’s new requirements and optimizing the system, you might possibly also assist our other projects. We’d definitely welcome smart and experienced opinions in brainstorming, deeper code review, better DevOps processes, or simply more development support if you wish to.
Most importantly, it’s statistically expected that you will have a happy and peaceful experience being part of a team formed by underdogs.
What will you do?
- Software engineering (duh?!) as a backend OR frontend OR full-stack developer, based on your experience and preference.
- Assist in bug fixes, DevOps, test automation and code reviews
- Anything else you’d like to “grow together”

What are we looking for?
- Engineering background with professional software development experience
- Willingness to work with a massive React.js + PHP Symfony Framework codebase
- Proven proficiency in OOP methodologies
- Habit of testing and debugging edge cases
What's Good to Have?
- Experience in building projects from ground up
- For frontend developers: 2+ years of React.js experience
- For backend developers: PHP Symfony or Laravel experience (OR will to learn)
- For full stack developers: Both of the above.
