Senior Python Engineer - Travel Tech

Relocation to Dubai is required.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our travel-tech team and help build a high-performance backend powering global travel operations. If you love solving complex problems, working with modern architecture, and integrating real travel systems - this role is for you.

Tech Stack

Python 3.x • Django • FastAPI • Pydantic • Amadeus/Sabre APIs • Stripe/PayPal • Docker • Kubernetes • PostgreSQL • Redis • RabbitMQ • Celery • Git • AWS/GCP

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services using Django, FastAPI, and Pydantic
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
• Integrate Amadeus / Sabre GDS platforms for travel bookings
• Implement and manage payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal)
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend components

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Python experience with Django, FastAPI, and Pydantic
• Strong background in microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus or Sabre GDS API
• Experience with payment systems and financial transaction flows
• CI/CD expertise: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Celery)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
