Job Description

CRAE GROUP stands as one of the rapidly expanding B2B service providers, centrally located in Cyprus. Since our inception in 2018, we've been dedicated to crafting, managing, and deploying innovative IT and customer-centric solutions for businesses spanning various industries worldwide.

Driven by relentless energy and a pursuit of excellence, we're on a trajectory to emerge as a premier service provider, marked by substantial growth and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our team comprises dynamic individuals who thrive in the intersection of technology and creativity, making our workplace both vibrant and rewarding.

Group-Level HR Oversight

● Manage and oversee HR operations across multiple companies and jurisdictions.

● Maintain unified HR standards and documentation across all entities while respecting

local compliance and tax frameworks.

● Coordinate contracts, onboarding, payroll alignment, and internal policies for all senior

and high-value employees.

● Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in employment practices within each jurisdiction.

● Liaise with accountants, legal counsel, and corporate service providers for entity-level

HR needs.

Office & Team Management

● Oversee day-to-day HR administration for the management and high-ticket

employees office, ensuring professional culture, confidentiality, and operational

excellence.

● Supervise a secondary HR/office manager responsible for the support and operational

employee office β€” ensuring hiring, retention, and HR processes there run smoothly.

● Maintain a discreet, high-standard environment in the main office β€” covering contracts,

performance tracking, reviews, and HR discipline for management-level personnel.

● Handle relocation, travel, and employment logistics for executives and key hires.

Recruitment of High-Impact Talent

● Lead recruitment for top-tier and β€œsuperstar” candidates β€” primarily in tech, product,

and development roles.

● Run end-to-end headhunting for roles where discretion, technical assessment, and

persuasion are essential.

● Build and maintain a talent pipeline of elite candidates across global markets.

● Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond standard job boards β€” leveraging

networks, referrals, and niche platforms.

● Collaborate with department heads (CTO, CPO, COO) to define requirements and write

precise, non-generic role scopes.

Pre-Screening & Candidate Handling

● Conduct sensitive, detailed pre-screening of candidates where one poor hiring

decision can have operational or legal implications.

● Perform rigorous background verification, reference checks, and culture-fit assessments

before shortlisting.

● Manage confidential or delicate candidates (C-level, security, finance, or

restricted-access roles) with absolute discretion.

● Develop scoring or pre-screening frameworks to ensure only top-tier and compliant

candidates reach management.

Performance & Retention Management

● Set up performance review systems and KPI frameworks for management and critical

roles.

● Ensure regular feedback loops, development planning, and compensation reviews.

● Handle escalation, conflict resolution, and offboarding with professionalism and

sensitivity.

Culture & Communication

● Act as cultural anchor for the management office β€” setting tone, confidentiality

standards, and HR etiquette across senior staff.

● Support leadership with internal communication and HR advisory during reorganizations

or scaling phases.

● Safeguard internal harmony and alignment across brands and teams operating under

different legal entities.

Systems & Processes

● Create and maintain HR documentation, onboarding templates, and employment

contract structures per jurisdiction.

● Manage confidential databases of contracts, NDAs, and personnel information.

● Implement tracking and reporting tools for headcount, salaries, and organisational

structure.

Benefits:

  • Relocation support
  • The chance to join a dynamic, forward-thinking European company and play a key role in its success.
