Seeking a Senior Power BI / BI Developer with recent Fortune 150 or Medical Device / Pharma / MedTech enterprise experience. Candidate will build Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and deliver end-to-end BI solutions with strong focus on data accuracy, performance, and user-friendly visualizations.
Must-Haves
- Total years as Power BI / BI Developer
- Total years of SQL experience
- Hands-on Power BI, including M Query, DAX, data modeling
- Advanced data storytelling + UI/UX skills for reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and SQL queries
- Translate business needs into BI solutions
- Optimize models/queries for performance
- Troubleshoot and support BI/reporting issues
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance
- Lead user training and support UAT
- Participate in Agile processes (documentation, sprints)
- Mentor junior BI team members
- Recommend BI enhancements and best practices
Requirements
