Job Description


The Head of Slots is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the global product vision, strategy, and innovation for the Slots portfolio. This executive role ensures that the company’s slot games achieve the highest standards of quality, engagement, and profitability. As a key strategic leader, the Head of Slots drives the roadmap, product analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and market expansion. The role works closely with the C-Suite, engineering, design, BI, marketing, and external partners to maintain strong market positioning and deliver world-class slot experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Slots vertical.
  • Track and anticipate global market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead expansion into new markets and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and player preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with operators, platform providers, licensors, and game studios to strengthen product offerings.
  • Drive innovation in slot game development, including: Math model design and volatility tuning; Bonus mechanics, features, and gameplay cycles; Art direction, UX, and player experience enhancements.
  • Ensure the portfolio remains differentiated, creative, and commercially competitive.
  • Promote the use of modern engagement tools (AI, personalization, gamification, behavioral features).
  • Partner with CEO, COO, and senior stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Owners team, fostering growth, structured thinking, and execution excellence.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, BI, and operations to deliver high-quality slot games efficiently.
  • Build a strong product culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee real-time performance dashboards: revenue, player engagement, retention, and ROI.
  • Use KPI-driven decisions, A/B testing, and advanced analytics to optimize outcomes.
  • Manage product budgets, prioritize resources, and ensure high ROI on initiatives.
  • Drive strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and player lifetime value.
  • Ensure full adherence to iGaming regulations, licensing standards, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Anticipate regulatory changes across jurisdictions and adjust product strategy accordingly.
  • Implement robust risk-management practices to secure operational and reputational integrity.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in product management within iGaming, specifically Slots.
  • Higher education in Business, Product Management, Game Design, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially successful slot games and driving product growth.
  • Strong understanding of slot mechanics (RTP, math models, volatility, bonus systems).
  • Experience leading long-term product strategy across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Skilled in MS Office, Windows, and standard product management tools.

  • Technical understanding of RGS platforms, game servers, and studio integrations.
  • Experience building scalable slot production pipelines.
  • Strong network across operators, suppliers, and regulators.
