Job Role: HubSpot Specialist - Performance Marketing

Compensation range: $1,500 - $3,000 AUD/Month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication/Willing to work full-time, aligned to Sydney time zone (+10 GMT).

About The Role

The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing HubSpot accounts, acting as the technical lead for HubSpot projects, and optimizing the platform for marketing automation. They will manage campaigns across SEO and email marketing, analyze performance to drive measurable results, and configure complex client accounts from scratch. This role requires a highly experienced, data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented marketer, ideally with experience working with Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, lead management, and reporting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance marketing campaigns (SEO, email, and other channels)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Support clients with HubSpot setup, segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Conduct SEO audits, implement recommendations, and monitor organic search performance
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, testing, and analytics
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, SEO, and digital marketing


Requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and email marketing
  • Experience managing client accounts and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Klaviyo is a plus
