We are now looking for an experienced Go Engineer with strong production operations skills to help us improve the reliability and scalability of our critical systems.
What you will work on
- Building and maintaining high-load backend services written in Go.
- Ensuring stable operation of production systems: monitoring, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis.
- Managing deployments, rollbacks, CI/CD pipelines, configuration updates.
- Working with logs, metrics and tracing tools to diagnose performance issues and prevent incidents.
- Improving observability, reliability and resilience across services.
- Collaborating with product, security and infrastructure teams to deliver safe and predictable updates in our fintech environment.
We're looking for someone who
- Has 3+ years of hands-on Go experience in commercial products.
- Has real production / SRE experience: incidents, on-call, debugging live systems, optimizing performance.
- Understands how high-load fintech or payment-related systems behave under real traffic.
- Is confident with Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD, metrics/logging/monitoring tools.
- Communicates clearly, takes ownership and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Has English at an intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus
- Experience with wallets, financial APIs, or crypto-related products.
- Familiarity with modern protocols and distributed systems.
