Job Description
EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe.
We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe).
Responsibilities:
- Implement the companys SEO strategy under the guidance of the SEO Team Lead.
- Conduct technical, content, and competitor audits of websites.
- Select and cluster keywords (for English-speaking and Russian-speaking regions).
- Optimize metadata (title, description, h1, alt, schema).
- Create and maintain the internal site structure (internal linking, sitemap, robots.txt).
- Prepare content briefs for copywriters and control SEO quality of articles.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, indexation, and errors using SEO tools.
- Provide regular reporting (weekly / monthly).
- 23 years of SEO experience (preferably in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, iGaming).
- Understanding of technical optimization principles (speed, structure, mobile-first, indexability).
- Experience with tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (position analysis, CTR, indexation).
- Experience in keyword research and content optimization for SEO.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Tilda, etc.).
- English level Intermediate or higher (for analyzing English-language SERPs and competitors).
