Our Client is seeking a Marketing Manager / Ad Buyer to join their expanding team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong experience in PPC advertising, digital campaign management, and a solid understanding of SEO.
Responsibilities:
β’ Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
β’ Oversee day-to-day digital advertising operations and ensure campaign performance meets objectives.
β’ Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
β’ Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams including designers and developers to create effective marketing materials.
β’ Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as the marketing team scales.
β’ Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
β’ Excellent English communication skills (C1βC2 level) β verbal and written.
β’ Demonstrated leadership or team management experience in a marketing or agency setting.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as GoHighLevel or similar tools.
β’ Background in digital agency operations or managing marketing for multiple clients.
β’ Knowledge of retargeting strategies, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
β’ Basic understanding of creative design workflows and collaboration with design teams.

Schedule:
9 - 5 EST.
Salary and Benefits:
β’ Full-time position, 9 AM β 5 PM (Argentina time).
β’ 100% remote, but the candidate must be based in Buenos Aires and able to meet the CTO locally when needed.
β’ Paid weekly, with hour tracking.
β’ Includes PTO and holidays following best practices (approx. 16β20 days per year, including Christmas, New Yearβs, and national holidays).
β’ Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
