Job Description


Are you a highly organized marketing professional who loves keeping projects on track and clients happy? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Lead to join our fully remote team at Breezy Hill Marketing.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of client marketing initiatives, manage timelines in ClickUp, and guide campaigns from kickoff to completion. You won’t just “check the boxes”—you’ll be a trusted partner to clients, helping them get the most out of their digital marketing investments.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent relationships.
  • Manage client projects in ClickUp—assigning tasks, tracking progress, and keeping deadlines on track.
  • Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns across advertising, content, websites, and events.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and strategists to ensure deliverables are high-quality and aligned with client goals.
  • Track budgets, monitor campaign performance, and adjust plans proactively when needed.
  • Deliver regular updates, insights, and reporting to clients and internal leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, project/account management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns (ads, content, websites, events).
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and client-friendly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client projects at once.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfort analyzing campaign metrics and contributing to strategy discussions.
