OVERVIEW


The Freelance Senior Digital Designer is responsible for elevating digital creative output across high-impact website projects, social media campaigns, brand systems, and motion-driven content. This role combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft in UI/UX, visual communication, and motion graphics. You will work fully remotely and collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to deliver polished, on-brand, and performance-aligned creative work.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


2.1 Digital Design + Creative Development

  • Lead design development across websites, landing pages, digital experiences, and product interfaces.
  • Create polished UI/UX layouts in Figma, ensuring usability, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Produce social media content, key visuals, ad creatives, and digital campaign layouts with strong visual storytelling.
  • Develop motion graphics and lightweight animations (e.g., Lottie) to enhance digital experiences.
  • Explore innovative creative directions using AI tools to accelerate ideation and execution.
  • Translate strategy, insights, and briefs into high-impact creative concepts.


2.2 Conceptualisation + Problem Solving

  • Interpret briefs and transform them into distinctive and effective creative ideas.
  • Identify design challenges early and propose thoughtful, practical, and strategic solutions.
  • Enhance brand narratives through digital-first creative thinking and refined visual systems.


2.3 Collaboration + Workflow Management

  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Developers to ensure seamless handover of design assets.
  • Adhere to timelines and proactively flag risks, challenges, or dependencies.
  • Participate in remote reviews, respond to feedback constructively, and iterate with precision and intention.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong mastery of Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
