We are expanding our team and hiring an experienced Recruiter based in South Africa to help us accelerate our recruitment efforts.
Role: Inbound Recruiter (Remote โ South Africa)
This is not an entry-level role. You must be experienced, confident, and able to operate with autonomy from day one.
As a Recruiter at Flint, you will guide nurses from around the world through one of the biggest decisions of their lives: immigrating to the U.S. for long-term employment. You will support them from the initial contact all the way through to job-offer signing and their arrival at one of our partner hospitals.

What Youโll Do
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand candidate motivations, goals, and challenges
- Present job options and guide candidates through relocation-related decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey
- Manage 50+ active candidates at a time and close 7โ10 per month
- Maintain high-quality communication, organization, and follow-through
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment where things change quickly

You can manage a large pipeline without dropping the ball.
7. Entrepreneurial Drive
Hard-working, self-motivated, comfortable with 50โ60 hour weeks. You thrive in early-stage companies with low structure.
Compensation (South Africa)
๐ฐ On-Target Earnings: R600,000 per year
