We are expanding our team and hiring an experienced Recruiter based in South Africa to help us accelerate our recruitment efforts.


Role: Inbound Recruiter (Remote โ€“ South Africa)

This is not an entry-level role. You must be experienced, confident, and able to operate with autonomy from day one.


As a Recruiter at Flint, you will guide nurses from around the world through one of the biggest decisions of their lives: immigrating to the U.S. for long-term employment. You will support them from the initial contact all the way through to job-offer signing and their arrival at one of our partner hospitals.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
  • Understand candidate motivations, goals, and challenges
  • Present job options and guide candidates through relocation-related decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey
  • Manage 50+ active candidates at a time and close 7โ€“10 per month
  • Maintain high-quality communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment where things change quickly

Comfortable guiding candidates through complex decisions, including relocation and career direction.

Able to rapidly absorb information about immigration processes, U.S. healthcare roles, and facility needs.

4. Natural Builder

You improve systems. You create checklists, automations, and processes instead of waiting for someone else to fix things.

5. Highly Tech-Savvy

Experience with CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace, and fast adoption of new platforms (e.g., markdown, Zapier).

6. Extremely Organized

You can manage a large pipeline without dropping the ball.

7. Entrepreneurial Drive

Hard-working, self-motivated, comfortable with 50โ€“60 hour weeks. You thrive in early-stage companies with low structure.


Compensation (South Africa)

๐Ÿ’ฐ On-Target Earnings: R600,000 per year

Work Hours

  • 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 4:00 p.m. EST (Night shift in South Africa)
