Job Description Senior QA Manager with Defect testing experience and Healthcare Payor will be responsible for reconciling and coordinating defect data management across Client and Health Edge. Resolve significant challenges in this space due to variable defect processes depending on the type of defect (i.e. product vs. configuration), where the defect originates (Client systems vs HealthEdge systems) or which HealthEdge system the defect comes from (i.e. Source defects have a different process than HRP defects).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement architectural solutions that meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of QA automation strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members on best practices in architecture and QA automation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Document architectural designs, processes, and testing strategies for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in software architecture and QA automation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in QA Automation Test tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
