Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our Information Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the full end-to-end Power BI reporting environment, managing data source integration, semantic models, governance, and report delivery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Partner with executive stakeholders (CMO, CRO) to define, document, and operationalize key business KPIs, translating strategic goals into trusted DAX measures and reporting standards.
- Develop and manage complex data ingestion and transformation processes across multiple sources, including Salesforce and SQL Server, using Power Query.
- Design, implement, and optimize Power BI data models to support reliable, high-performance reporting and metric alignment across teams.
- Build and maintain a suite of operational and executive dashboards used daily by Sales and Marketing leadership and for Board-level reporting, including metrics such as pipeline health, quota attainment, conversion rates, campaign performance, sales cycle analysis, waterfall metrics, and AE accountability.
- Deliver ad hoc and time-sensitive reporting to support executive decision-making and evolving business needs.
- Manage the monthly refresh, validation, and publication process for the Customer Health Power BI Master Dashboard, integrating product usage, CSM sentiment, engagement metrics, and churn risk indicators.
- Oversee automated distribution of monthly Power BI product usage reports to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively identify and address usage trends.
- Develop and maintain Pendo dashboards for the Implementation Team to track product adoption and customer health metrics, delivered through internal Jira requests.
- Support Salesforce migration efforts by aligning reporting models to updated schemas, assisting with object modeling, and extracting contract data to ensure reporting continuity.
- Develop and implement full-stack software solutions that support internal operations and business objectives
- Integrate internal and third-party services using RESTful and web service APIs
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing systems and/or backend databases
Technical Requirements:
- Intermediate PowerBI experience/skills
- Intermediate Database querying skills (esp. T-SQL)
- Oracle Datawarehouse Experience (or equivalent) a plus
- Experience working with and reporting from systems such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite
- Experience working with senior management teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Familiar with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
