Job Description
We’re looking for a Team Lead Full Stack to guide a talented engineering team while staying hands-on building scalable web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with real development work.
Experience in mobile development is highly valued, especially with React Native.
Note. It will be just consider people located in the next Countries: Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatemala

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Make architectural decisions and promote best engineering practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technical standards.
- Balance delivery, technical excellence, and team development.
🛠 Tech Stack
- Frontend (Web): React, Angular, TypeScript
- Mobile: React Native (highly preferred)
- Backend: Node.js
- Primary Language: TypeScript
✅ What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Angular is a plus.
- Mobile development experience with React Native is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to take ownership and guide technical decision-making.

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
