Seeking a ETL Python Test Lead.
As a ETL Python Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX/ Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- At least 4 years of software testing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Design and develop a scalable Python-based test automation framework for validating data pipelines and reports.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on data and ETL pipelines.
- Proven proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
- Solid experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and QA teams to define effective test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Build and maintain test data sets tailored to individual product requirements and make them available to SDETs for functional testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and output validation.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and validation using SQL across diverse data sources.
- Integrate automated tests into pipelines to enable continuous validation and early detection.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with development teams to drive resolution
- Experience with Java and Selenium for UI or legacy test framework support.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and metadata management tools
