About Our Client

They partner with ambitious clients across lifestyle, health, retail, FMCG, and tech, including Campari, QV Skincare, Clipsal, KFC, and Maxwell & Williams.

About The Role

The Graphic Designer role plays a pivotal part in bringing campaigns to life through exceptional design across brand, digital, print and experiential platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment and love creating visually compelling work that drives results and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute design work across brand, digital, print, social, retail and physical environment designs.
  • Interpret creative briefs created by the Art Director or Creative Director (execution-focused; no strategy ownership).
  • Build design systems based on established art direction or guidelines.
  • Roll out assets across multiple touchpoints.
  • Support resizing, finishing and artwork preparation (Finished Art skills are highly beneficial).
  • Manage an average of two briefs per day (approx. five major tasks per week).
  • Work across a broad mix of clients (approx. seven clients per week, sometimes more).
  • Adapt quickly to new brands and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the traffic manager, art directors, creative director, designers and account service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.
  • Strong capability in graphic design, including brand guideline application, design craft, print, digital, branding and social content design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proactive work style — vocalises availability, asks for new tasks and communicates progress or blockers.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to integrate into the team culture despite remote setup.

Nice-to-have:

  • 3D design/renders for physical spaces, bars or displays.
  • Motion graphics or video editing.
  • Figma familiarity (must still be able to export to Adobe).
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) for ideation or design enhancement.

What to Include in Your Portfolio

  • Strong craft: illustration, thoughtful design and conceptual work.
  • Clear application of brand guidelines.
  • Campaign-level thinking (beyond basic static layouts).
  • Polished visual reasoning.
  • Creativity and original ideation.

Benefits (Inclusive in the given salary range):

  • $50 Internet Allowance
  • $50 HMO allowance
  • 20 days Paid Time Off
