Salary Range: $150,000 /annum with 10% bonus incentive plan.

About the Role
As a ServiceNow Lead Developer, you will act as a technical leader within the Digital Technology organization, driving architecture, development, and optimization across the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-impact solutions that align with enterprise strategy. This position plays a key role in process modernization, digital transformation, and fostering a culture rooted in customer obsession, agility, results, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Platform Enhancements: Drive improvements through upgrades, new features, and participation in semi-annual platform releases.
Module Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITAM) to implement best practices and operational efficiencies.
Operational Support: Provide responsive support, conduct root cause analysis, and develop long-term remediation strategies for platform issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage business partners to gather requirements, propose designs, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
SDLC/Agile Delivery: Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to Agile and SDLC standards.
Documentation: Maintain architectural documents, data flows, configurations, and code repositories to ensure governance and traceability.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB teams to enhance discovery, automation, and asset management.
Security & Compliance: Ensure platform performance, data quality, and adherence to enterprise security standards.
Integrations: Use REST, SOAP, JSON, and industry-standard API patterns to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
Leadership: Lead special projects, drive process optimization, and serve as a change agent for innovation and digital transformation.
Education & Influence: Present platform capabilities, design impacts, and innovation opportunities to business leaders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience
Strong knowledge of web technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript)
Strong ServiceNow development skills
Experience with ITSM / ITOM
Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and general IT planning and budgeting concepts
Excellent communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building
Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, leadership, coaching, and design thinking
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Implementation Specialist (any track)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
7+ years managing enterprise IT platforms (ServiceNow, Boomi, etc.)
Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and custom development
Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies
Experience with AI/ML-driven automation or self-service solutions
