The Role_


// We’re looking for a Customer Training Manager to design, deliver, and scale high-quality training for our transit agency customers and partners. This role focuses on creating modern self-serve learning, improving how teams across Masabi deliver training, and ensuring agencies feel confident using our products.

You’ll combine live delivery with hands-on instructional design, helping us move from a heavily live-training model to a balanced, scalable approach where self-serve learning becomes the default.

// This role is available in a fully remote model for candidates based in Colombia or Canada only.



Responsibilities_


Training delivery

  • Deliver clear, engaging virtual training, with occasional blended or in-person sessions
  • Own scheduling and preparation for all customer training
  • Support a train-the-trainer model so CSMs and other teams can deliver selected modules

Content and self-serve development

  • Audit existing materials and redesign them into modular, self-paced learning
  • Create LMS content such as videos, guides, micro-learning modules and knowledge checks
  • Develop persona and scenario-based content for the full agency onboarding journey
  • Build handbooks, quick reference guides and other leave-behind documentation
  • Work with Product, Support and Deployments so training reflects platform updates and common issues

Training strategy and improvement

  • Contribute to the roadmap for Masabi’s training academy and self-serve platform
  • Support the development of tiered, monetisable training offerings
  • Introduce ways to measure training effectiveness
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to increase scalability and customer satisfaction



About You_


  • Experience designing and delivering training for software or technical products, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Strong instructional design skills and confident in creating LMS-based content such as modules, micro-learning, videos and assessments
  • Skilled in delivering live virtual training and tailoring content to varied audiences
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing an LMS and building learning paths
  • Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willing to iterate based on feedback and training metrics
  • Interest in using AI tools for content creation and customer training



Nice to have_


  • Experience training public sector, transit or SaaS customers
  • Experience with UAT environments or hands-on hardware training
  • Spanish or French language skills
