Job Description
We’re Matchspace Music, Switzerland’s leading platform for music learning — connecting students, teachers, and schools across the globe. After securing strategic backing, we’re scaling fast and need a meticulous, structured QA Engineer to help us deliver flawless product iterations.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on QA Engineer. Your main focus will be developing QA test automation to speed up unit and regression testing. While ramping up automation, you'll also perform manual QA, enhancing requirements and testing new features and bug fixes accordingly. You’ll work closely with the developers as well as the product manager in daily stand-ups, spotting issues early, thinking creatively outside of the bugs and reducing failures during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This is a fully remote position.

- Collaborate closely with developers and the prodect manager during the 3-week sprints to test in short cycles and ship with confidence
- Ensure UAT passes smoothly by detecting and resolving defects earlier in the development cycle
- Contribute to QA process improvement, test documentation, and knowledge sharing
