Job Description
Were seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, youll lead user research efforts (developing research plans, conducting studies, and synthesizing insights) to inform design recommendations and solutions. Using these insights, youll create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes that enhance and improve user experiences. Youll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to shape web and mobile solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

- Use the UX design process to approach solving digital design challenges
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user goals and current experiences
- Translate findings into personas, journey maps, user flows, and design concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs for web/mobile
- Create and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability studies
- Design with accessibility (ADA) best practices in mind
- Collaborate closely with UX team roles including SEO experts, business analysts, developers and product partners to refine and deliver solutions
- 3+ years hands-on experience as UX Designer focused on digital experience.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in UX design, UX research or UX interaction design.
- Must have the ability to lead creation of user personas, experience maps, and information architecture.
- Strong skills with common UX design tools (Figma, Axure, Adobe products, Usertesting.com).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other Web analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Optimizely, Contentsquare).
- Proficient in designing responsive, mobile-first digital products.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
