ALL-INKL.COM is a leading German web hosting company, founded in 2000. We provide reliable hosting and IT services to tens of thousands of customers across Europe. With our headquarters in Germany and an international office in Dubai, we operate complex and high-availability IT infrastructures. To strengthen our data center teams at our German headquarters, we are looking for Data Center Technicians / Technical Support Engineers (m/f/d) to support daily operations in our data centers in Dresden. German language skills are welcome, but not mandatory. What matters most is your technical mindset and reliability. A relocation to Germany is required.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor server and network infrastructure and respond to incidents
- Analyze and resolve system, network, or hardware-related issues
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
- Support customers via ticket system, email, and phone
- Maintain and optimize server operations
- Document incidents, work processes, and changes
- Work in rotating shifts including night, weekend, and holiday availability
Your Profile
- Completed training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist, System Technician, Administrator) or comparable experience
- Basic to solid knowledge of Linux and networking
- First experience with server systems, hosting environments
- Experience with PHP and MySQL is an advantage
- Customer-focused mindset and reliable work attitude
- High awareness of data protection and IT security
- Willingness to work shifts including night and weekend schedules
- Fluent in English
- German is nice to have, but not required
- Experience with system networks is sufficient, data center experience is a strong plus, not a must
