Weโ€™re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect our systems, data, and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a security-focused environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about safeguarding digital assets.

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor networks, systems, and cloud environments for suspicious activity and potential threats
  • Perform security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
  • Investigate security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and document findings
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Respond to alerts, analyze logs, and prepare incident reports
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure secure system architecture
  • Support compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
  • Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices
  • Manage and maintain SIEM, EDR, and other security tools
  • Provide security awareness guidance and training to internal teams
โœ… Requirements
  • 1โ€“3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, threat analysis, and incident response
  • Experience with tools such as SIEM (Splunk, Azure Sentinel), EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of firewalls, networking protocols, identity & access management
  • Experience working with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA Security+, CEH, GIAC, CISSP Associate, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
