Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our staff and faculty enjoy a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.

- Coordinate performance management, training, and development initiatives.

- Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration in collaboration with the finance team.

- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles, preferably in an educational or international organization.

- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

- Comfortable working with HRIS and collaboration tools.
