HR Manager at Go Offer

About Go Offer: EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe. Scaled from 20 to 72 people in one year. $20K β†’ $100K MRR. Fully remote international team expanding to European markets.

The Role: Own all people operations as we scale 3x. Build HR from the ground up: hiring, onboarding, culture, and processes for a fast-growing international team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting (sales, marketing, product, operations, mentors)
  • Build & manage onboarding process for new hires
  • Create HR processes & documentation (policies, contracts, handbooks)
  • Support international hiring (US, Europe, CIS)
  • Manage performance reviews & team development
  • Build & maintain company culture remotely
  • Handle employee relations & conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance (labor laws across multiple countries)
  • Partner with CEO on org structure & team planning
  • Track HR metrics (time-to-hire, retention, satisfaction)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years HR experience (tech/startup preferred)
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • International hiring knowledge (multiple countries/labor laws)
  • Remote team experience
  • Strong communication & people skills
  • Organized & detail-oriented
  • Fluent English (international team)
  • Comfortable with fast-paced growth environment

Nice to Have:

  • EdTech or SaaS company experience
  • Experience scaling teams rapidly (2x-3x growth)
  • Knowledge of US/European labor laws
  • HRIS systems experience (BambooHR, Workable, Lever)
  • Russian language (for CIS team members)
  • Employer branding experience
