Product Marketing Manager at Go Offer

About Go Offer: EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe. 500+ clients, 100+ job offers at top companies. Growing fast: $20K → $100K MRR in a year. Expanding to European markets.

The Role: Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Turn 100+ success stories into compelling narratives that drive growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Define product positioning & messaging for different markets (US, Europe)
  • Lead go-to-market for new features & product launches
  • Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards)
  • Develop competitive analysis & positioning
  • Build product marketing content (case studies, landing pages, videos)
  • Work with customer insights to refine messaging
  • Support international expansion (adapt messaging for Finland, Germany)
  • Analyze competitor landscape & market trends
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Track product marketing metrics (conversion, win rates, messaging effectiveness)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Product Marketing experience
  • SaaS or EdTech background
  • Strong storytelling & messaging skills
  • Experience with product launches
  • Customer-centric approach (interviews, research)
  • Data-driven (test & optimize messaging)
  • Fluent English (international markets)
  • B2C or B2B2C experience preferred

Nice to Have:

  • EdTech product marketing experience
  • International go-to-market experience
  • Career/HR tech industry knowledge
  • Content creation skills (writing, video)
  • Understanding of US/European job markets
  • Russian language (for CIS audience)
