About Go Offer: EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe. We built an AI-powered platform (GoOffer Hub) processing 5,000+ job applications per month. Growing fast: $20K → $100K MRR in a year.
The Role: Own product strategy and execution for our AI-driven job search platform. Transform a service-heavy business into a scalable SaaS product. Lead international expansion to Europe.
What You'll Do:
- Own product roadmap & strategy
- Transform manual processes into self-serve SaaS features
- Work with client feedback to prioritize improvements
- Launch product in new markets (Finland, Germany)
- Build features that reduce operational costs while improving UX
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, sales, ops)
- Define & track product metrics (activation, retention, satisfaction)
- Report directly to CEO on product decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years Product Management experience
- SaaS or EdTech background
- Data-driven decision making (metrics, A/B tests, user research)
- Experience building self-serve products
- Strong with user research & feedback loops
- International product experience (localization, multi-market)
- Fluent English (international team)
- Comfortable with fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
- AI/ML product experience
- Experience transforming service → SaaS
- EdTech platform background (courses, learning products)
- Technical background (can work closely with engineers)
- Knowledge of job search / HR tech space
- Vibe coding skills (AI tools, no-code)
